There have been a few changes recently and if anyone has anything to say about it I expect them to talk to me.
Bot STILL has been getting abused. You DO NOT ban other clan members – I thought this was common sense? If you have a discrepancy with another clan member, than I expect you to come to me about it before you ban them.
The plan is to start having active Tournaments in the clan now that we have reached a total of about 60-70 active players (Great job Shamans!). I know it would make more sense to have 5v5 Dota Tournament Matches but I think it would be more interesting if we mixed it up. Maybe a 3v3 or 2v2? I want your suggestions, feel free to talk to me online, email me or leave comments here. We could have two different leagues, an easy league for beginning Dota members and an Expert League for people that think they can compete in the upper level. Hit me up with suggestions! If I don’t get any suggestions I’ll just make the tournament the way I like it.
First of all I wanted to say great job on the recruitment Shamans. You guys have all done a great job, we know have 78 players in the clan. Next step is to try and get more of our clan members involved in our Dota inhouses. Keep up the great work!
Inactive members will be kicked from the clan after 20 days unless a member informs a Shaman or Chieftain that they will not be on.
Starting now, I have removed a significant amount of you from using my bot. I have continued to warn you guys about abusing and banning/kicking public players. As I have mentioned before there is no reason to ban or kick a player despite how bad they are. The ONLY reason for banning is when a person specifically drops all of his items and continues to sacrifice himself or is killing your items. There are some other rare cases but banning a player when they are not doing so well in a DOTA game is no exception.
Muting:
Only applies to public players who start to talk trash or continue to insult/taunt other players. I don’t mind if an admin does this as long as he/she believes that the player will continue to taunt if not muted.
If your name wasnt listed on the Districts page and you have a preference on what District you would like to be in, than feel free to leave a comment or let me know when I log on tonight.
Remember guys, make sure to stay active and keep updated by reading this site, I will do my best to update it daily. If you guys have any ideas of making our clan more active or any polls that you want me to post up feel free to leave suggestions.
